摘要

This paper was published online on April 20, 2011 with an error in the description of the preparation procedure of the protein solutions. In the lines from 11th to 15th in the right column of page 048003-1, the sentences "Solutions of HEWL (30mg/mL) and NaCl (3.0% w/v) in sodium acetate buffer (50 mM, pH = 4.6) were combined. This mixture provides a quasi-stable state for protein crystallization according to the crystallization phase diagram of HEWL.~6)" should be replaced with "The crystallization solutions were obtained at 30mg/mL HEWL and 3.0% (w/v) NaCl, from combining three solutions at the specified ratios: a HEWL solution of 90 mg/mL in sodium acetate buffer (50 mM, pH = 4.6); a NaCl solution of 15% (w/v) in the same buffer ; and the buffer. The condition provides a quasi-stable state for protein crystallization according to the crystallization phase diagram of HEWL.~6)"
