摘要

Green-light-emitting Ca_(7.97-x)Mg(SiO_4)_4Cl_2:Eu_(0.03),D_x(D = Y, Gd, Mn) phosphor particles were prepared by spray pyrolysis. The effects of the type of codopant on the morphology, crystallinity, and excitation and emission spectra of these particles were investigated. The codoped Ca_8Mg(SiO_4)_4Cl_2:Eu~(2+) phosphor particles obtained were fine and showed regular morphologies after post-treatment at 1100 °C for 3 h in a reducing atmosphere. The Ca_(7.97-x)Mg(SiO_4)_4Cl_2 :Eu_(0.03) ,D_x (D = Y, Gd, Mn) phosphor particles had broad excitation wavelengths that ranged from 260 to 450nm. The improvements in their photoluminescence intensity were 29, 29, and 21% when the x values for the Y, Mn, and Gd codopants were 0.0075, 0.005, and 0.02, respectively.
