摘要

The microwave dielectric properties of (1 — x)Nd(Co_(1/2)Ti_(1/2))O_3-xSrTiO_3 have been investigated. The system has been prepared by a conventional solid state ceramic method. Nd(Co_(1/2)Ti_(1/2))O_3 (NCT) possesses a dielectric constant (ε_r) of 27, a high quality factor (Q x f) of 140,000, and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τ_f) of —46 ppm/℃. To produce a temperature-stable material, SrTiO_3 (ST) has been added, which leads to a near-zero temperature variation in resonant frequency. The microwave Q x f decreases as x increases. ε_r increases from 27 to 29.32 as x varies from 0 to 0.1. A microwave dielectric material having ε_r of 29.32, Q x f of 80900, and τ_f of 0 has been obtained from the compound 0.9NCT-0.1ST sintered at 1440℃ for 4h.
