摘要

The anomalous Hall effect in Fe4-xMnxN (x = 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4) with antiperovskite structure were investigated. Anomalous Hall conductivity (sigma(AH)) strongly depended on the measurement temperature for x= 0 and 4, while constant for x = 1, 2, and 3. sigma(AH) decreased with x and even reversed sign for x = 3 at T= 300 K, revealing extremely wide modulation range of sigma(AH). Quantitative analysis based on the existing scaling law suggested that a competition between two components, skew scattering and side-jump, with different polarities is responsible for the x-mediated sign reversal.
