"Narita Sky Access", the Narita Airport line (51.4km between Keisei-Takasago and Narita International Airport) newly operated by Keisei Electric Railway Co., Ltd., started its commercial service on July 17, 2010.rnNew Sky-liner, which runs at a maximum speed of 160km/h, connects between Nippori and Airport Terminal 2 at the fastest time of 36 minutes. As a result, New Sky-liner realized an equivalent level to overseas major cities of the required time between a city center and an airport. The new Sky-liner and its through service to be newly operated between Narita and Haneda Airport will improve the convenience along the railway lines drastically. Under the activation in the mutual exchange between Japan and overseas, the airport access railway at a global level has been watched with great anticipation.
