摘要

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of oblique puncture plus plucking manual technique for fatigue periositis of tibia. Methods: 60 cases of the patients with fatigue periostitisof tibia were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases treated by oblique puncture plus plucking manual technique, and the control group of 30 cases treated by ultra short wave. Results: The curative rate was 60.0% in the treatment group and 20.0% in the control group, and the total effective rate was 93.3% and 70.0% respectively. The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Oblique puncture plus plucking manual technique has a better therapeutic effect for fatigue periostitis of tibia.
机译：目的：观察斜穿刺加拔除手法治疗胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎的临床效果。方法：将60例胫骨乏力性骨膜炎患者随机分为治疗组30例，斜刺配合手法拔毛，对照组30例，超短波治疗。结果：治疗组治愈率为60.0％，对照组为20.0％，总有效率为93.3％和70.0％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：斜穿刺配合手工拔毛术对胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎有较好的治疗效果。
