摘要

Objective: To investigate the effect of Qihuang herbal warm bag on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: Thirty-two patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected as subjects and treated by compression with the herbal warm bag for two months. The curative effect was evaluated, and prostaglandin F_(2a)(PGF_(2a)) and β-endorphin(β-EP) were measured before and after treatment. Results: The herbal warm bag had positive effects on dysmenorrhea at different degrees and could decrease the contents of blood PGF_(2a)and β-EP. Conclusion: The herbal warm bag is quite effective for primary dysmenorrhea possibly by decreasing serum PGF_(2a) and increasing serum β-EP.
机译：目的：探讨芪黄草药保暖袋对原发性痛经的疗效。方法：选择32例原发性痛经患者，并用温热药袋加压治疗2个月。评估疗效，并测量治疗前后的前列腺素F_（2a）（PGF_（2a））和β-内啡肽（β-EP）。结果：中草药保暖袋对痛经有不同程度的积极作用，可降低血液中PGF_（2a）和β-EP的含量。结论：中草药保暖袋可通过降低血清PGF_（2a）和增加血清β-EP来治疗原发性痛经。
