摘要

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture plus mild moxibustion for treating anorectal postoperative uroschesis. Methods: One hundred and ten subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 53 cases was treated by electroacupuncture plus mild moxibustion and the control group of 57 cases, by intragluteal injection of neostigmine 0.5 mg. Results: The efficacy rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 75.8% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups. The curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture plus mild moxibustion is methodologically simple and markedly effective in treating postoperative uroschesis and worthy to be clinically popularized and applied.
