摘要

In the present work, a modified transfer matrix for the flexible disk is developed and is used to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of the linear rotor-bearing systems during synchronous whirling motion. Once additional degree of freedom for each disk has been introduced to calculate the effect of disk flexibility on critical speed and unbalance response of the system. The other parameters such as disk unbalance mass, gyroscopic effect and flexible stiffness of the disk, mass distribution of the rotor, stiffness and damping characteristics of fluid-film bearings are included in the theoretical models. Various disk models are considered to show the effect of disk flexibility on critical speed as well as on dynamic response of rotor systems.
