摘要

Rheological features of dilute suspensions in Cowin polar fluid are analyzed on the basis of rheological constitutive equations obtained in the present paper. As a hydrodynamic model of suspended axisymmetric rigid particles possessing neutral buoyancy, the symmetric triaxial dumbbell is used. As example, steady elongational flow of a such suspension is examined. It was gained, that increment of the apparent viscosity of the test suspension is greater then one of a suspension with Newtonian solvent.
