摘要

The 2014 Magnetism and Magnetic Materials (MMM) Conference was held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort in Honolulu, HI, from 3-7 November, continuing the near 60 year tradition of this meeting. The continued appeal of the conference was clear from the record attendance, amounting to 1549 registrants, including over 500 students. About 800 oral presentations were delivered, along with approximately 1000 poster presentations, filling the venue to capacity. A more complete description of the scope of the conference is provided in the preface to the main proceedings, which contains the more than 550 papers resulting from the contributed presentations.
