While we have taught the marketing strategy course for several years, we have found that most of the students who finish the course do not cover all of the elements of marketing strategy in their marketing strategy reports-they miss some elements. We take this challenge and try to devise an easy way to teach students to cover all of the elements of marketing strategy. Using the analogy of "drawing a face, " this article shows an easy way to have core knowledge about marketing strategy by introducing the concept of "marketing strategy face, " which consists of 4Cs (Customers, Company, Competitors, and Circumstances), Needs, and 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion).
