How can you make your business strategy successful? We have discovered that the most effective way is through alignment and follow up. What do we mean by alignment? Imagine that everyone from your executive team all the way down to the front line workers is laser-focused on making your strategy work. This is the state of alignment we are talking about, where everyone understands the strategy, buys into it, knows how to make a real contribution, and strives to make a contribution to its realization.
