Baotou City is an industrial city developed in the farming-grazing transitional zone in northern china. The development of industry, farming and grazing is very fast. It has become a typical intergrated economic region of industry, farming and grazing. Based on the analysis of utilization of land resources, this paper pints out the main conflicts and problems on the utilization of land resource in city, and puts forward a corresponding proposal.
