摘要

Theoretical consideration was given as to whether the different methods of producing waterporoof breathable fabrics influence the water vapour transfer rat when condensation occurs. Two sets of experimental work were conducted on various types of waterporoof breathable fabrics under isothermal conditions and non-isothermal conditions to ascertain whether the amount of condensation will affect the water vapour transfer rate. It was found that an in- crease in the amount of condensation produced an increase in the water vapour transfer rat under isothermal conditions.
