The Editorial Board consists of the Editor and all serving Associate Editors. When a new paper is received, the Editor selects an Associate Editor for handling the papers based on technical area and workload. The Associate Editor is responsible for selecting reviewers, managing the review process and making a recommendation to the Editor on acceptance of the papers.
