摘要

The organization of Assessment in Technical and Professional Communication as a dialogue is very effective. Rather than just presenting random opinions and experiences of assessment by qualified individuals, this book presents the opinions and experiences of said qualified individuals in an organized and complimentary fashion. The seven sections of the book cover seven areas of concern in the assessment of Technical and Professional Communication programs and the two chapters in each section offer complementary, and sometimes diverse, ways of approaching a specific area. The result is a book that has much to offer faculty and program administrators of Technical and Professional Communication programs as they continually search for ideas and methods to improve their assessment process.
