Do you believe the Army is on the right path toward developing a real-time EW battle management system? Hulsey: The Army was out of the (EW) business for a long time. They are trying to catch up and they are being pretty smart about it. They are applying some very good people, but they don't have much background so it takes a while. However, I think all of the technological elements exist today to make it happen.
