With the substantial increase in the purchase of electric vehicles, whether the electromagnetic environment of electric vehicles will affect the human body has become an inevitable issue. This paper summarises the research on the influence of electromagnetic environment of electric vehicles on the human body. At present, the conclusions of the relevant studies show that the electromagnetic environment of electric vehicles is relatively safe for human beings. However, in order to cope with the new security challenges that may arise from the continuous development of new technologies in electric vehicles and solve a series of problems such as the unification of standards, it is necessary to increase the human body safety research in the electromagnetism environment of electric vehicles and eliminate public safety concerns and realities electromagnetic safety threats for better promotion and popularisation of electric vehicles.
