摘要

The goal to know the role of Shaanxi in the the Yellow River "Ji" Bay metropolitan area should investigate its position of economy, politics, culture and so on. The development of the Yellow River's "Ji"ziwan area is imperative, and the strategy of "the belt and road initiative" and western development provides opportunities for its development. Creating the "fourth pole" is one of the important contents of inland development and promoting national international competitiveness. By questionnaire survey and document literature, people find that Shaanxi, as an important province in the western region, has played a leading role in promoting the protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River "Ji" Bay metropolitan area. The result is that Shaanxi integrates its own development into the overall development of the provinces along the Yellow River Basin, and constantly improves its own advantages to promote the development of the Yellow River "Ji" Bay area by improving the depth and breadth of opening up and strengthening the ecological environmental governance of the Yellow River Basin. The conclusion is that the whole basins develop rapidly by the leading of Shaanxi Province.
