摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the utility of microwave accelerated drying of carrageenan gels along with spouted bed drying (SBD). It was expected that the use of microwave heating would help to obtain the dried product with the desired bulk density, water activity, color parameters, rheological, and solubility properties.
