Certainly we are all aware of the horrific rail tank car accident in Lac-Megantic, Quebec, Canada. A lack of continuing news coverage; it happened in Canada; the fact that it seemed to be unique to rail transport; the passage of time; and other pressing matters may have it slipping into becoming just another memory. But, could it ultimately, in some way, affect the way we transport hazmat?
