The aim of this section is for you to identify and try to answernpuzzles, especially methodological ones, in health services researchnand policy. Readers are invited both to submit questions thatnthey think will be of general interest or which are particularlyntopical, and to offer answers to questions.nQuestions can be ones that you feel have not been satisfactorilynanswered in the existing literature, ones that relate ton‘self-evident’ de.nitions that need to be made problematic, ornparadoxes. New questions for which we are seeking answers fornthe next issue of the journal appear below. We still welcomenanswers to previously posed questions.nAnswers can be up to 200 words in length and should strivenfor elegance. If more than one, similar, answer is provided, thencriterion of choice for publication will be wit and originality.nIn order to try to publish answers, as far as possible, in thenissue following the published question, we would like yournanswers by 28 July 2003.nNonetheless, we would be interested in contributions receivednafter that date as well.
