Friday 14th October saw brisk sunshine and trailers arrive by the dozen at the otherwise tranquil Three Counties Showground in Malvern. With the 2016 theme for the club stands being 'Fairytale', it was evident that a lot of time and effort had gone into the stand preparations with castles, mirrors and mad hatter tea parties galore. Patrolling the lines to inspect the stands were the watchful eyes of Holstein UK President, David Tomlinson and wife Sheila. Winning the best presented stand was Lancashire, with Derbyshire not far behind. Tidy lines went to Border & Lakeland, with Staffordshire in the runners- up position under the eye of secret judge Lynette Steel, Winning the overall stand competition went to Lancashire with Border & Lakeland a creditable second. Congratulations go to this year's Littlestar
