With a high genomic sire stack (Domain x Planet x Shottle x Oman) it is unsurprising that he ranks highly. Chasing the genomic numbers game, his sire, Domain is also a high ranking genomic bull who is a Toystory x Ronalee Outside Dabble EX91 who is high genomic cow with numerous high ranking progeny and is out of Ronalee Rudolph Dimple EX93. The cow family behind Meridian is lined with high ranking females and his grand dam, Sully Shottle May VG85-3yr is the former #1 gTPI and #1 gLPI cow and still featured today in the top cow list. Shottle May has been branded one of the best genomic transmitting cows in the world and is believed to have more offspring with over +2300 gTPI and +2400 gTPI than any other cow in the breed. Now owned by genomic giants De-Su Holsteins, a Planet cross on Shottle May has lead to some very high ranking daughters in genomic top 50 including Montana at #6, Manitoba at #29 and Montreal at #46 (8/12).
