Hospital Librarians, working solo or in a multiperson library, rely on checklists, such as to-do lists, calendar notations, or some more random system of accomplishing all that needs to be done to keep the libraries running successfully. These lists offer guidance to conduct day-to-day activities, train new staff, learn a new skill or piece of equipment, pass along procedures to new staff or the replacement of the hospital librarian.
