摘要

A weighted method for calculating the semantic similarity is proposed, which considers the semantic distance, the semantic coincidence degree and the attribute coincidence degree between concepts. And the depth, the density as well as the influence of types of directed edge weight are also analyzed. Besides, we added the factor of the depth difference between concepts while measuring the semantic coincidence degree. At the same time, the direct and indirect calculation methods are presented. Finally, we provided a comparison of our method against the traditional calculation methods of similarity, and the experimental results show that the designed algorithm can be more accurate in description of the similarity between concepts.
