摘要

In the large-scale distribution networks, the problem of consolidating shipments for multi-products with split into full truck loads plays a significant role in the reduction to the logistics cost. We propose a bi-level programming model in which the distribution network is divided into the customer-groups in the upper-level model and shipments are consolidated to vehicle stowage in the lower-level model. To solve the problem, Artificial Immune Algorithm (AIA) and the Rule-based Stowage Algorithm (RSA) are combined to obtain the initialized solution and further a global optimization method is developed based on mini-max regret rule to improve the initialization solution. Finally, the experiments from a real application are performed to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method and we give recommendations for further work.
