摘要

This paper proposes a moving target detection algorithm. First of all, the image saliency detection algorithm is adopted in the first frame and the second frame, at the same time, calculate the center of mass of the significant target. Second, determine the location of the center of mass of the target in the second frame. If it is not consistent with the position of the center of mass of the significant target in the first frame, the target is locked for moving target or eliminates the targets. Experiments show that when the background is simple, this method can detect the moving targets quickly and accurately.
