摘要

A simplified calibration algorithm based on the transmission matrix (T-mat,rix) is presented for the n-port Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) with n+1 measurement channels. Compared with the General Short-open-load-thru (GSOLT) calibration procedure in which 2n~2+n errors must be solved, the proposed method need define fewer characteristic variables. Via this calibration method, the accurate scattering parameters of the Device Under Test (DUT) can be finally obtained. Experiment results of a four-port device attest the good performance of the calibration algorithm.
