Public transit systems are the literal and figurative engine of many great cities, from Chicago to London to Singapore. Transit customers across the globe expect safe, efficient, convenient services that reflect the way they live. As transit agencies are experiencing flat or shrinking budgets, they still need to meet these customer expectations. Is it possible for transit agencies to deliver improved service and serve more riders when funding is constrained? Our experience has shown a variety of opportunities which agencies can enhance their revenue and maintain growth to prepare for the future. It can be a struggle to know where to start. There are a number of opportunities to consider without adding extra cost.
