Graz is Austria's second largest city and has a very well-developed public transport network. Graz AG Verkehrsbetriebe (GVB) is a municipally-owned service undertaking. As such it is the city's number one public transport service supplier, transporting 92.7 million passengers every year.rnGVB accounts for two-thirds of all services provided by the Styria fare and transport integration association (Steirischer Verkehrsverbund), making it southern Austria's largest mobility provider. Around 800 staff are involved in the daily transportation of up to 254,000 people in Graz.
