摘要

Mit der zunehmenden Verfügbarkeit digitalisierter und digitaler Quellen erfährt das musikwissenschaftliche Arbeiten derzeit ein-schneidende Veränderungen. Dies betrifft die Verfügbarkeit von Quellen im Internet, aber auch die Erweiterung des Methoden-spektrums durch digitale Edition und Musikcodierung oder die Notwendigkeit der Konservierung und Analyse digitaler Quellen, z.B. von Komponisten geschriebenen Computerprogrammen. Der Beitrag diskutiert aktuelle Standards und vorstellbare zukünfti-ge Formen der Quellenpräsentation im Internet ebenso wie die neuen Möglichkeiten der Edition mit der Software Edirom und die Perspektive einer codierungsbasierten Musteredition im Bereich der Oper. The increasing availability of digital and digitalized sources has brought on decisive changes in musicological studies. This ap-plies not only to the accessibility of sources through the Internet, but also a broadening of the field's methodology through digital editions and music encoding or the need for the conservation and analysis of digital sources (e.g. Computer programs written by composers). This article deals with the current Standards and Potential formats for presenting sources on the Internet in the future; with new opportunities for music editions using the Soft-ware Edirom; and with the prospects for encoded prototype edi-tions of opera music.%The increasing availability of digital and digitalized sources has brought on decisive changes in musicological studies.
