We're all familiar with MapQuest and Google maps as quick-and-easy online resources to use while we are sitting at our desks. But what if you want to escape the confines of your desk and take it with you? Well, you can: we now have mobile maps. And yes, I know all the arguments of paper vs. digital maps. Paper maps truly have an advantage over digital maps where large overviews of an area are needed. But what if you wanted something other than what was printed on that sheet of paper? Then it's time to look into the realm of interactive mobile maps.
