摘要

Self-assembled ZnCo2O4 micro-urchins grown on nickel foam were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method. The ZnCo2O4 micro-urchin exhibited high capacitance (1.043Ccm(-2) at 1mAcm(-2)) and excellent cycle stability with 82.5% capacitance retention after 10000 cycles at 10mAcm(-2). In addition, an energy storage device based on ZnCo2O4 micro-urchins also exhibits a high specific capacitance of 467mFcm(-2) with an energy density of 1.27mWhcm(-3) and a good cycling performance of 80.6% retention after 10,000 cycles at the current density of 10mAcm(-2).
