摘要

A new A_6B_5O_(18)-type cation deficient perovskite Sr_5LaTi_2Nb_3O_(18) was prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction route. The phase, microstructure, and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramic were characterized. This compound crystallizes in the trigonal system with unit cell parameter a = 5.6101(2) A, c = 40.922(8) A, V = 1,115.4(5) A~3, and Z = 3. It shows a high dielectric constant of 48, a high quality factors with Q_u × f of 27,806 GHz, and a small positive τ_f of +19 ppm/℃.
