摘要

This issue contains the first selection of articles for Volume 34 of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (JOBM), providing a representative sample of research reports and a book review. The selected sample of Research Reports offers an array of experimental work ranging from the use of preference assessment and improvement of treatment integrity in human service organizations to the improvement of customer service and child safety in other settings. The importance of the Research Report as an outlet for scholarly contributions is further highlighted by the applied emphasis across the selected publications. The value-adding function of the Book Review as a provocative source of information for academicians and practitioners is also demonstrated in this issue. This selection of scholarly work offers a timely opportunity for reorienting readers to the categories of publications plus their associated guidelines and inviting submissions capturing the range of scholarship in our discipline. Following is an overview of the publication categories in JOBM.
