Readers of Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (JOBM) may notice a change in the cover design for Volume 30 provided by our publishers at Taylor & Francis. Authors of JOBM have also seen changes in their manuscript production process. Our recent data shows that, for manuscripts submitted in 2009, authors have received reviews and editorial feedback within 3-5 months (for manuscripts not rejected immediately for nonbehav-ioral content). This is a testament to the dedication of our associate editors and our editorial board of reviewers. Additionally, accepted manuscripts are entered into a process (CATS) whereby authors have a chance to review their proofs before publication. Finally, submissions to JOBM have doubled in 2009 resulting in a backlog of almost a year for accepted manuscripts.
