In the last issue we noted the "route map" published on January 29, 2009 by the Department for Communities and Local Government, which sets out how the Government intends going about the implementation the introduction of the Infrastructure Planning Commission. We set out below the full programme: 1. Improving the UK's infrastructure is critical to maintaining and improving our quality of life, protecting our prosperity and safeguarding the environment in an increasingly competitive global economy.
