This is my last issue as editor in chief of the Journal of Product Innovation Management (JPIM). My third three-year term is over. I have had the time of my life being the editor in chief of such a prestigious journal, and to have had the chance to meet such wonderful colleagues from all over the world. It would be impossible to pick one highlight, as there were so many great conferences and so many fun events I was fortunate enough to attend. But one thing is for sure. As editor, one gets to know everybody in his or her field. That part of the work is truly exciting, as I get to see the best work by the newest researchers from an early vantage point, and also meet senior colleagues from around the world.
