摘要

The Asia-Pacific Real Estate Research Symposium organized by The University of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore, Tsinghua University, and the University of Southern California was held in Hong Kong in July 2010. We would like to thank The University of Hong Kong for hosting the Symposium. This special issue is a collection of papers that successfully went through a two-stage screening process-an initial selection of papers for presentation at the symposium and the subsequent peer review process. We would like to thank the paper presenters, discussants, and other invited participants for their inputs to the thought-provoking academic debates, which contributed to improving the quality of the final version of the papers that appear in this issue.
