Based on the present theories of buffer operators in grey system, connecting the structure of buffer operator with functions, this paper proposes a new kind of practical strengthening buffer operator. Through analyzing, a great amount of existing generous buffer operators are all special cases of the new constructed buffer operator, and it weakens the conditions of literature[l], thus it greatly extends the field of application of the buffer operator.
