摘要

This article focuses on the theory and practice behind the concept of a Global Energy Network. The article also discusses the rules regarding energy trading under the World Trade Organization framework, dispute settlement mechanisms and their relationships with the Global Energy Network. In addition, the article debates the impact of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and China's response to this initiative. This research will provide a legal basis for the establishment of a global energy network. Contributions will also focus on the advantage and disadvantage factors for the negotiation and preparation processes. This is for the purposes of enhancing the establishment of the Global Energy Network, based on the current energy trading rules.
