摘要

A new phased arrays ultrasound system based on DSP/BIOS and PCI bus has been designed. Advanced multi-channel devices are adopted. Thereby the system is smaller with lower power dissipation and lower noises. These high performance analog and mixed-signal devices ensure high levels of clarity and resolution. Digital receiver beam forming based on phased arrays scheme can be easily accomplished by DSP. The PCI interface provides plug-and-play functionality along with the ability to support high-speed slave and master modes of data transfers. The interrelated algorithms [1] have been invented to implement wavelet dynamic filtering, de-noising and edge enhancing at the same time. They are implemented based on TI's DSP/BIOS techniques.
