It's a kind of anisotropic plasiticity phenomenon that the hot rolled drawing sheet has been cracked. The thesis analyzes the sheet's texture orientational transformation, simulates its forming process with Barlat-Lian yield criteria, and discusses its cracking mechanism according to its drawing deformation. It concludes that the hot rolling texture{ 112}< 111 > make it cracked.
