摘要

The turbulent flow around a porous windbreak was simulated in this paper by using the fluid theory associated with the K - ε closure turbulence model. The numerical results display that the hole size of the windbreak is an important parameter to the windbreak wake except the porosity, which is helpful to understand the characteristic of control of wind-blown sands in the design of windbreaks.
