摘要

The mechanisms of motion of the domain and phase boundaries during polarization and polarization reversal in low coercive CTS-based ceramics were investigated by the method of low- and infralow-frequency dielectric spectroscopy. The amplitude and temperature dependences of the complex dielectric permittivity were obtained. The necessity of considering the interaction of domain boundaries with point defects in designing memory devices is shown.
