Three new species of the aleocharine genus Caloderella Bf.rnhauf.r, 1912 (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae: Aleocharinae) are described from Ecuador: C. mariannae, C. lobata, and C. pastazae. A key to the Neotropical species of Caloderella is provided. The ecological demands of two species are discussed.
