摘要

For fifteen years, the European Union has been carrying out a Care bears' policy towards China. We enable the country almost tax-free imports while China performs economic, social, currency and ecologic dumping. Thanks to these aids, they invade the market with low cost products and don't respect the lesser social right (union trade right, strike rights, controlled hours). Thanks to a controlled exchangernpolicy, they cumulate reserves of Himalayan currency and they became the first polluting country worldwide. Now Brussels woke up and increasingly demands reciprocity on customs rights and respect regarding the production criteria. Over this semester, already 36 trade inquiries have been carried out on Chinese products. The objective is clearly to reduce by 70% the €156 billion trade deficit yearly won by China.
