摘要

En se référant aux propriétés requises pour les cylindres de travail, une comparaison est faite entre les matériaux de cylindres existants et un nouvel alliage. Dans ce nouvel alliage, on se sert de la précipitation de graphite pour améliorer la conductivité thermique et assurer une certaine lubrification. Le comportement de ce matériau vis-à-vis de l'oxydation, de l'usure et de la fatigue thermique est décrit. Les conditions de précipitation du graphite, aussi bien à l'état brut de solidification que lors de traitements thermiques convenables, sont étudiées en détail.%Starting from the property requirements for work rolls, existing roll materials are compared to a new alloy. Graphite precipitation is used to improve thermal conductivity and serve as lubricant in the case of the new material. Its oxidation, wear and thermal behaviour is described. The precipitation of graphite in the as-cast condition, as well as during appropriate heat treatments are studied in detail.
